Compelling Vocals & Captivating Instrumentation
Wilson Banjo Co. is a hard-driving Bluegrass band from upstate South Carolina, founded by noted banjo picker and builder, Steve Wilson.
This popular group was initially formed to promote Steve’s own custom banjos, but has since expanded well beyond that when their debut EP attracted a surprising amount of attention on the radio. As a performing band, the group is known for its energetic style, as well as a liberal dose of humor and entertaining banter on stage. Recently signed to the Pinecastle label, Wilson Banjo Co. has been avidly touring throughout the East coast, performing at large bluegrass festivals including Mossy Oak Bluegrass in Georgia, Danny Stewart’s NEPA Festival in Pennsylvania, and headlining at the Clinch Mountain Music Festival in Virginia. They have also recently performed for Tim White’s acclaimed TV broadcast, Song Of The Mountains.

The Pickin’ Parlor is available for rent on all non-concert dates. This climate controlled 100-seat hall is an ideal location for your special events, including private performances, rehearsals, group meetings, family reunions…even weddings!
